No. Some Founding Members will have taken things like personality or strengths assessments before; some won't have. The eight weeks work either way — Yu builds your profile from your own patterns, not from a label you bring in.

How much time does this actually take?

One short conversational check-in a day, about three minutes, capped at five. No separate app to open, no homework between sessions.
